Dear Alison,

You, are amazing. It doesn't matter if you're Asian, English, Indian, African, Scottish, American...it doesn't matter where you're from. It doesn't matter if you're homosexual, straight, it just doesn't matter. You are perfect, no matter what you look like. So girls, stop covering your true beauty with powder and eyeshadow and all that makeup. Guys, it doesn't matter if you don't look great in a mowhawk, or if you haven't gelled your hair. You are all beautiful.

Personality is what makes you, you. Really. There's no need to make yourself vomit in order to make you look skinnier, there's no need to starve yourself. Who cares if you're not supermodel perfect? Who cares if you've got a bit of fat on your belly? You look perfect. Just keep telling yourself that.

There's no need to cut. You can think of a way out of situations without hurting yourself. Stop hating yourself. Don't copy everyone else, be different. Different is good. Different is you.

You are perfect, beautiful, amazing...don't change that.
